How to use Smruti
Talk to Smruti like a friend - there are no commands to memorize, and you can use the language that comes naturally to you. Here's the full toolkit, with real messages you can copy.
1. Open the Smruti chat.
2. Say hi and share your name.
3. Send one of the examples below.
Send it once, find it forever. Smruti files everything and hands it back when you ask.
Notes, ideas, links, contacts, voice notes - just send them. It's all filed and searchable.
Ask in plain words and Smruti digs out what you saved - no folders, no searching.
Good to know: Works right here in the dashboard too - use the Ask box at the top.
Snap lecture slides, a textbook page, or a document and Smruti turns it into clean study/reference notes.
Good to know: Add a caption like “notes” or “study” so it makes notes instead of splitting a bill.
Nudges that arrive right here on WhatsApp, on time, in your local time.
Tell Smruti when, and it pings you at the moment - the timing is read in your own timezone.
Mark reminders High, Medium, or Low. Smruti labels every ping, and the dashboard groups your upcoming reminders the same way.
Good to know: No priority mentioned? It starts at Medium. You can change it from the dashboard or say “make that high priority” right after creating it.
Set a rhythm - daily, weekly, or monthly - and Smruti keeps pinging.
Nudge someone else, not yourself. Smruti sends them the reminder for you.
Good to know: Your friend just has to message Smruti once first, so WhatsApp allows the nudge.
A morning rundown of what's due, overdue, and coming up. On by default at 8am your time.
Good to know: Traveling? Say “set timezone New York” and it follows you.
Living lists you can tick from chat or here - and share so two people keep one list.
Add, remove, tick off, or pull up any named list. Changes sync between chat and this dashboard.
Invite someone and you both add and cross off the same list, each seeing the other's changes.
Good to know: Smruti hands you a link to forward - once your friend taps it, you're both on the list.
Split a bill to the penny and keep a running tab of who owes whom - no spreadsheets.
Send a photo of the bill. Smruti lists the items, then splits evenly or by dish - tax and tip included, exact to the last cent.
Good to know: It also understands “split the drinks between us” and “veg and non-veg”.
Log what someone owes you (or you owe them). Smruti asks the currency and reason, then tracks it - the other person can confirm or decline.
Connect the rest of your life and make Smruti yours.
Link your Google Calendar so every dated reminder lands there automatically and joins your briefing.
Reminders and briefings run in your local time. On a foreign SIM or traveling? Tell Smruti where you are.
See and manage everything on the web. Text “login” for a 6-digit code, then enter it with your number.
The more you send, the more useful Smruti gets - and it's all in one place, no new app to open.
